For your convenience, these plots are being offered on instalments spanning 1.5 years. It is also being said that the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has approved the project (approval number: DMP-II/7657). However, things will become clearer once the project has been officially launched. Currently, the plots being offered in the market are those of  the dealer quota.Bahria Town sells its projects through its registered dealers. So, I don’t think there is any harm in booking a plot through a registered agent. Who should consider this opportunity? Al Rehmat Project is a promising development for all those industrialists who are on the lookout for commercial plots in Lahore’s prime locations. On the other hand, property investors can also consider this project to bag good returns in the short term. These pl

Golf View Residencia (GVR) is one of the many Bahria Town projects in Lahore that have been the subject of controversy. However, Bahria Town says that confusion about Lahore Ring Road (LRR)’s final route for the southern loop is the reason behind GVR delays. The development update Concerns about the delay in initiating development work in GVR have been addressed as Bahria Town’s machinery has been dumped at the site. At Bahria Town’s main office in Bahria Orchard, a notification is available, which reads that development work in GVR has been initiated and members can see the work in progress at the site. PAEC Foundation Housing Project’s problems about to end?

Image
Located on Canal Bank Road in Lahore, PAEC Foundation Housing Project has been facing delays for many years now. The society’s management could not handover possession of property here, despite completing development work to a large extent. During 2013, there were many rumours that possession was on its way, but nothing happened. These rumours then resurfaced during 2016, but once again, no practical steps were taken to move towards possession. The real problem behind the delays was the supply of electricity. However, now there is light at the end of the tunnel. The Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) will finally supply electricity to the society, which means that possession will be granted here sooner rather than later. And what makes me believe that? WAPDA issued a demand notice to the society’s management for the supply of electricity, and the management has settled its accounts with the authority. According to a source, electricity wires have bee
