Platinum Enclave – a budget friendly project

The Platinum Enclave will be located in New Lahore City’s Phase II, and has on offer 5- and 8-marla residential plots, which can be acquired on four-year instalments. You can book a plot in Platinum Enclave by paying a 20% down payment. And if you pay the full amount in one go, you can avail a discount of 10% on the total amount payable.

The payment plan spans four years, which means that the developer will probably complete the project within this timeframe. According to a source, the Zaitoon Group has already acquired the required land for the project. Moreover, even though the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has approved the project, the master plan has not yet been shared with the public the developer will make it available once balloting has taken place.
But why should you invest? For starters, if you have a smaller budget then this is one place that might get you big returns. the average price of 5-marla plots in the locality increased 47.63% and that of 10-marla plots increased 49.21% in 2016. A Lahore Ring Road (LRR) interchange is to be developed near New Lahore City. Once the LRR project is completed, prices will only shoot up further.
Possession of plots in Phase II
According to my sources, Zaitoon Group offered possession of 2,000 plots in Phase II on Sunday. If the patterns are to be believed then I think the developer might deliver Platinum Enclave within the next four years. The society is located very close to Bahria Town, despite which the prices on offer aren’t that high. Moreover, with Platinum Enclave, the rates are extremely enticing, and not to be missed out on.
Development status
New Lahore City’s Phase II is currently being developed. However, Phase III is yet to see any progress in terms of infrastructure development. My sources have also said that previous landowners are waiting for the wheat crop to ripen before they hand over the land to Zaitoon Group. Once this happens, development work in Phase III is expected to speed up.
