Bedian Road expansion project – LDA starts acquiring land


                                                      


Lahore Development Authority (LDA) has started acquiring land for the Bedian Road expansion project, according to a news source. The estimated cost of the project is PKR 4 billion.
Initially, an amount of PKR 2 billion has been set aside, which will be spent on acquiring 750-kanal land required for the project. Once initiated, the project will be completed in 10 months. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif has directed the LDA to prepare the project’s PC-1.

Planning permission granted to three housing societies in Rawalpindi

District Planning & Design Committee (DPDC), Rawalpindi has granted planning permission to Capital Smart City, Utility Corporation Society and Media Enclave, according to a news source. According to details, the developer of Faisal Hills has been asked to get clearance from the Taxila Revenue and Land assistant commissioner. To High Gate Hills Murree, DPDC has been instructed to get clearance from the Forest Department.
