DHA Islamabad is a hot zone in perspective of investors. Lot of new investors and the already invested clients want to have some up-to-date information about DHA Islamabad. So I thought this a perfect time to write a blog on DHA Islamabad
Lets first consider the DHA Islamabad Phase ll Extension.DHA have developing Roads there but official map is not been issued. 1 KANAL open certificates have been traded nowadays and the range of these certificates are between 30,00000 - 50,00000 PKR.plot number and sector is being mentioned on these certificates but the actual master plan is not yet been released so nobody can trace these plots and sectors.
All those investors who has these certificates and cleared all those dues also issued the Allotment letters to them by DHA Islamabad. A month ago the rates of these certificates have higher because investors thought master plan will be roll out soon but the master plan is not yet been released so the trend of decreasing rates have seen now of these certificates.
DHA Islamabad Phase II extension is located on Express Highway. Expansion of this highway is under construction and will be completed in 2018 as expected time .once this high way is completed the prices of phase II will increase in massive way
Now we will discuss the DHA Islamabad phase II which is fully developed .the blocks ok K L M N P Q have already been included in Phase V. The rates oh 1 Kanal & 10 Marlas are very High in DHA Islamabad Phase II. Rates illustration as

Phase V blocks of P & Q are not fully developed yet. DHA is considering to Build 5 Marlas plots as well along 10 Marlas and 1 Kanal in these specific Blocks. DHA Islamabad Phase IV is good for investment, but not more than Phase II Extension. Development work is underway and this phase mostly features 1-kanal plots, while 10-marla plots are available but limited in number. A 1-kanal plot in the phase can be bought for as high as PKR 10,000,000, while the price of 10-marla plots in the locality ranges between PKR 3,500,000 and PKR 4,000,000.
Only long-term investors should consider DHA Islamabad Phase III. The authority has acquired different areas, including Garden City in Bahria Town, to execute this project. Sale-purchase activity has only been allowed in a limited area within the phase. This phase features 5-marla, 10-marla and 1-kanal plots, and the prices of these plots are as follows:
